Welcome to NutraConnect Pro (the "Website"), a premier directory for the nutraceutical, functional food, and sports nutrition industries, operated by Nutraconnector Pte. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms").
1. Eligibility to Submit a Profile
Only legitimate companies operating within the nutraceutical, functional food, and sports nutrition supply chain are permitted to be listed. This includes, but is not limited to, raw material suppliers, contract manufacturers (CMOs/CDMOs), brand owners, distributors, and service providers. Listings may be submitted by authorized representatives of the company.
2. Acceptable Use and Profile Content Guidelines
By submitting a company profile, you agree that your content:
- Must be directly related to the nutraceutical, functional food, or sports nutrition industry.
- Must not include or promote:
- Illegal products, substances, or services.
- Hate speech, harassment, or incitement of violence.
- Unverifiable or pseudoscientific health claims.
- Political propaganda or disinformation.
- Content infringing on third-party intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights).
- Deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent business practices.
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes.
- Anything else deemed unprofessional or inappropriate by NutraConnect Pro in our sole discretion.
Profiles that violate these rules may be removed without notice or refund.
3. Listing Types and Duration
- Standard Profile: Remains active for a 12-month period from the date of payment. The subscription must be renewed annually to maintain the listing.
- Featured Partner: Appears in a top 3 featured position on relevant pages for the duration of the monthly subscription period.
4. Refund Policy
For annual Standard Profiles, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase by contacting [support@nutraconnect.pro]. No refunds are offered for monthly Featured Partner subscriptions.
5. Right to Remove Listings
NutraConnect Pro reserves the right to reject or remove any company profile at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, low-quality presentation, providing inaccurate or outdated information, receiving verified user complaints, or violating any part of these Terms.
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific level of inquiries, business leads, sales, or partnerships as a result of your listing. Profile visibility and engagement are subject to market factors and user behavior beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property and Content Rights
You may only submit company descriptions, logos, certifications, and other media that you own or have the legal rights to use for marketing purposes. By submitting content, you grant NutraConnect Pro a license to display it publicly on the Website and in promotional materials.
8. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect user data for operational purposes, including:
- Website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) for traffic insights.
- Billing and contact information for processing payments and managing accounts.
- Email addresses for communication and support.
Your data is handled in accordance with applicable Polish and EU regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and with respect to international users, principles of other relevant legislation such as the Singapore PDPA. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
9. Editing Your Profile
To edit an existing profile, please contact our support team at nutraconnector@gmail.com with your company details and the requested changes.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
NutraConnect Pro is not responsible for:
- The accuracy of content or claims made in company profiles.
- Business transactions or disputes that may arise between users of the Website.
- Technical issues, website outages, or data loss.
- Any damages that may occur from using or relying on information listed on the site.
You use the Website and its content at your own risk.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Warsaw.
